As shown in these worksheets, SUCCESSIVE BLENDING APPROACH is used. Successive Blending, also known as additive, or cumulative blending, is a phonics strategy where children learn to read words sequentially or in order from left to right. Instead blending all sounds at once, they focus on each sound individually and build the word up by sound.
However, our channel " Ken's Kids Channel " in YouTube also make CVC Words Reading Videos using Word Family Method. Because each child is unique and has his or her own learning ability, we intentionally make videos using different approaches/methods so we could cater to each child. Furthermore, teachers and parents do have their own preferred teaching strategies too.
Just search on whatever READING APPROACH in our channel " Ken's Kids Channel " and you are good to go!
Watch Ken's Kids Channel CVC Words Reading videos with your little ones and provide them these worksheets to enhance their reading skills!
Have an awesome day! 🌈☺️
